I am really excited about this project. It gives me a chance to explore new things and document them one by one.
1. My first project is to learn a technique called the Berimbolo. I have been training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for the past 8 years. The berimbolo is a technique used by high level Jiu-Jitsu practitioners. It is used in all of the major tournaments and is considered very difficult in mastering. This will give be time to learn this technique and to really take steps to master this technique.
Inquiry Questions:
1. Will I have the flexibility to perform this technique?
2. Will I be able to perform this technique when someone is going 100%?
3. Will this technique help my overall performance?
4. Will I have enough repetitions to perform this technique perfectly?

2. My goal number 2 is to learn how to meal prep. I have wanted to learn how to do this for so long. Not only is it a way to save money, but it is a way to stay healthy. I have always been interested into people who are into nutrition because they seem very organized and it seems very simple.
Inquiry Questions:
1. What foods do I need to prepare?
2. What items do I need to make each meal to my Macro Calories for each meal?
3. Will this help my overall health?
4. How long can you prepare ahead before food begins to spoil?
5. Will I be able to do this weekly?
3. My third goal is to learn how to pour concrete. I feel that as a society we have grown in education, but we have lost touch in simple things that our older generations. For example, fixing cars, landscaping, doing home improvements. I know a lot of people who have to pay a lot of money to do simple tasks that older generations were able to do. I have always wanted to do blue collar type work and I think pouring concrete will help me learn a craft that can be used when a home project may occur.
Inquiry Questions:
1. Do I have the enough knowledge to complete this project?
2. Am I strong enough to complete this project by myself?
3. Will I need extra help?
4. Do I know enough to make the job look nice?
