Week 4 was the part that I was really excited about. I am now putting all of the steps together. I had a little set back. I injured my knee so I was not able to practice like I wanted to because when I would push off the mat I was not able to spin. It scared me because I didn't know if I would be able to complete this technique and continue this specific project. After some rest I was able to complete this technique. I am really happy with the progress I made on this technique it took a lot of practice, but after four weeks I was able to complete the Berimbolo. After watching a lot of technique and videos I realized that not all Berimbolos are the same. Some opponents may turn a different way or react differently so having more then one way to react will always work better.
